However, that does not mean we’ll forget about the beautiful homes we’ve designed in the past 12 months. Captains Island Drive

When Lowcountry marsh views surround you, it’s only natural to want to soak them in from every angle. Our team was blessed to support the homeowners of this Daniel Island residence in realizing that dream. Through intentional design, Coastal Creek Design made sure every room became a vantage point for God’s greatest masterpiece – nature.

This unique property provided a welcome challenge for our team, who worked diligently to balance design features on the pie-shaped plot. Guests of the home can bask in nature’s beauty as they gaze from the large-scale windows and accordion doors of the home’s rear, which can be transformed easily into an indoor/outdoor space. Our favorite feature is the master bathroom, whose marsh views create a tranquil atmosphere for bathing bliss.

Parkshore Drive

They call them classics for a reason. Our team was pleased with this Ashley River custom design, which provided a traditional, symmetrical brick and horizontal siding design. Careful attention was paid to allow all primary rooms a waterfront view. This included the great room, dining room, kitchen and master suite. A pool cabana was also included to elevate outdoor relaxation without obstructing views from the main living room.

This home was much-needed for this Lowcountry family. Individual rooms provide children with their own space (including bathrooms). Our team also added some “fun space” for the kids to enjoy, with a living room on the second floor. Additionally, a third-floor was planned for, which the homeowners have since completed.

Atlantic Avenue

What more could you ask for than an oceanfront lot? How about a space also designed to match your dreams? Our Coastal Creek Design teams had a fantastic time elevating this already impressive Sullivan’s Island property. We helped realize the home’s full potential with ocean views from the great room, dining room, kitchen, master suite and guest suite.

Residents of the Atlantic Avenue property can soak in the sun and sea year-round with their new, extensive rear porch and outdoor living space. The home features five bedrooms and baths, a private office, a wine cellar, an upper living space, and a mixture of horizontal siding and board and batten.
